October 2012 Weddings
Dear Community,

Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Weekly Workouts

How are you ladies doing?  Putting on the spandex and working up a sweat?

  • Almost forgot, probably because I've been SUPER lazy! 
  • Last week was great! I got in 4 Jillian 30 Day Shred workouts!

    So far this week, I've only worked out on Monday. I'm having some IT band tightness, so I took rest days yesterday and today. Hopefully, I'll be back at it tomorrow...with modified lunges!

  • I tried to do my yoga DVD Monday... I got to down ward dog and realized my weak little arms weren't going to hold up all I got going on right now. I'll try again Friday

  • nooooope. I'm using my wicked sunburn as an excuse for getting out of any physical activity this week.  I burned my stomach, back and legs so stretching is actually really painful

    I'm hoping to pickup yoga again next week. I feel so unmotivated to start but am always glad when I actually do.

  • Last week was good, this week not so much.  But with the long weekend I'll get back into the swing of things.

  • I got my stitches out Monday afternoon, so I made it to the gym on Tuesday for a strength and tone class, tonight i plan on going to Zumba, then since H is off tomorrow I'm going to hit the gym again before they close early for the 4th and then a spin class Saturday AM with my sister since our trainer is away on vacation.
    I cant believe this time last year I was about to go into labor!!!

  • DH and I signed up for a new gym a few weeks ago and it finally opened!! We have only gone twice and absolutely love it. We did chest on Tuesday and legs yesterday. I want to try to get to Zumba tonight otherwise I will be doing back with DH.

  • Finally worked out last night!  Haven't since early May, so it was definitely overdo.  I need to bust my ass again because of some upcoming vacations and a wedding I'm in in October.  H is also really unhappy with how much weight he's gained, so he's really pushing me to go to the gym with him.
