Today marks exactly 5 months since we started TTC. It's also the day AF is due but I'm weirdly calm. Usually I'm like PEE ON ALL THE STICKS!!!!!!!!!! but today I'm just going about my daily routine without stressing about whether or not I'm pregnant now. Even as I'm typing this I can feel my stomach cramping like PMS pains, but I'm like "whatever".

I think I;ve finally come to terms with TTC and it taking longer then we thought.

I haven't changed out of my pj's in 3 days. I've showered every night though. There may also be spit up on them. No care zone.

I haven't cleaned my house to have guests over for the first time yet.....and I don't even care. I have zero energy. I just wish ppl knew so I didn't look so damn lazy!

My work computer got quarantined this morning so I got to read... Now it's working and I'd rather keep reading.

I had a plan to clean tomorrow but now my mom asks if I want to go to the river - um yes! Way better than cleaning!

Bahaha!!!! Maybe that's why I couldn't get KU until right before the World Cup started!

@christinafromflanders‌ - I am in the same boat as you. This is actually our 7th month TTC. I keep telling myself it my 6th though. I am getting ready to call the dr in the next week to make an appointment.

My real confession is that I don't post of the TTC Tuesday thread because I feel like I may have an internet stalker....

PS. thanks for the words of support @minionlover and @LDubHakwsFan. I think we just thought it wouldn't take long because we are both healthy, young (23 and 26) and I wasn't using BCP for a really long time.

It's frustrating because all my cousins already had multiple kids by the time they were 23 and I know a lot of teen moms who CLEARLY didn;t plan their pregnancies...and I'm like "why did it come so easy for them?!"

@christinafromflanders‌ I know it's cliche but we got pregnant when I stopped stressing about it. It was our last cycle trying before we were going to take a break due to the timing. I stopped temping and charting. I know it doesn't help anything, just some food for thought.

I apparently read everything out of order. This all makes sense now!!

Anywho... I confess that I am only dreading this trip for one reason--I am worried I will get pestered as to when I am having a baby. It feels like this happens every time I go to some sort of family function with H's family. Nobody seems to grasp that I want to not be in this rental house while pregnant.

I couldn't post yesterday, so I am confessing today. Yesterday was the 1 year of my D&C from the miscarriage. It was all I could think of all day. I felt guilty having it so much on my mind because I will have a very perfect, healthy baby in a few weeks and obviously that baby wasn't healthy. I spent the day with my niece and nephew and looking at my niece was hard, she was born on my due date.

I know my feelings are normal, but I still have that guilt that I shouldn't feel this way.
