Tonight we might see some fireworks in town. We just moved here on Monday so we want to start going to towny events
Friday- Breakfast and shopping with sister and nephew then going to our town's Heritage Festival for the afternoon, maybe fireworks at night
Saturday- Might go to the movies with Mom, swimming with Dad and sister/nephew then Dinner with a good friend from HS
Sunday-Drive back to get ready for the work week
Friday we have a party to go to for the 4th.
Saturday we are going to put in an offer on the house we want. Later that evening the community we will be moving to is having a community event so we are going back for that.
Sunday we will probably just be relaxing and doing nothing.
We are going to our friends house for a BBQ later on today.
DH is working Saturday, I will be catching up on some laundry and cleaning up a bit.
Weather permitting, I want to go for a hike sometime this weekend, but it does not look too promising.
Last night we went out for a friend's birthday. It was fun, until a friend offered me a bite of carrot ginger soup without mentioning it had cashews in it too. I had to take two Benadryl and go right home. Serves me right for not being more diligent about my allergy.
Today our party was cancelled due to rain, so I'm going to work on a couple of grant proposals and do some cleaning.
Tomorrow we have our party at a friend's, and it's supposed to be beautiful out!
Sunday will be church and packing. We finally set our moving date for 7/30, so it's time to get cracking!
