Reading Lottery: Madame Tussaud

I got to read Madame Tussaud: A Novel of the French Revolution by Michelle Moran for the Reading Lottery.

This book definitely isn't one I would have chosen for myself, but I'm glad I read it. I was honestly not that familiar or even interested with the French Revolution, but this book caught my attention and kept it. I may look into reading more by Michelle Moran.

Thank you for suggesting this book! I'm sorry it took me so long to read it.

I loved this book so much!

I have read several books about the French Revolution with little appeal, but I was hooked after the first chapter and loved every bit of it.

I have also read Nefertiti.  I did not enjoy it as much as Madame Tussaud but it was another great HF about a time frame and culture I knew very little about.
