  Highs - getting the nursery painted! And buying the stroller / car seat and pack and play with 20% off. Basically all things baby. We also sorted the clothes... So much clothes! Next weekend is furniture.
  
  Lows - Coming into work after a good weekend to no ac again.

  High: having my sisters family in town! Getting to see my nephews loving on their new cousin. My sister showing me the way she swaddled which was amazing because now my son is sleeping 5 hour stretches at night...

  Highs: My mom, stepdad, sister, and sister's bf, and sister's bf's dog have been here since Thursday. It went well...they only fought once, so that's a win! We celebrated Caroline's 1st birthday yesterday and it was wonderful. AND C pulled a Teddy and walked before her birthday...I told her she only had until her first birthday.

  
  

  Lows: my house is a WRECK...and I have to pack for OBX. I'm feeling overwhelmed.

  Highs: had a chill weekend. Still house sitting, but it's been pretty peaceful in the pool without everyone else being here. My BFF just came up for a little bit to swim. She's 36 weeks pregnant and it was nice to catch up. My sister also came up and I put together a pregnancy announcement pic for her to post on facebook.
  
  Lows: truck still being fixed. The guy said it might just be a sensor which is a whole lot better than it being the transmission. So fingers crossed.

  Highs...taking M to fireworks.  She loved them.  I got a lot done on Friday and Saturday  so on Sunday, I spent the whole morning outside with M. Then I had some mommy time by the pool while M napped yesterday.  DH even offered to go to the grocery store.  He's awesome. 

  Lows...I was having a such a good day that I really didn't want to come back to work today.  20 more work days until vacation!!

  Highs - Having the day off on Friday and getting to sleep in a bit was lovely.  Spending time at the pool and hanging with Big A and Bear was also lovely.  And the weather Saturday was so wonderful.
  
  Lows - I just really don't like seeing my family.  It makes me feel like an awful person, but I was wishing the whole time I was at my parents' house on Friday that I was home instead.  And H was studying all weekend, which was not so great.  Then when he came back from the test, he didn't want to talk about it.  Add the fact that I wasn't feeling well on Sunday and you've got a sub-par weekend.
