I am feeling a little counsely tonight...
Who wants to talk about their feelings?!
AKA who is around?
Re: I am feeling a little counsely tonight...
I am eating a bowl of honeynut cheerios for dinner at midnight because I did so much other stuff today I forgot to eat. I had grilled cheese for lunch at 4pm.
I took apart our bedframe that was missing half its pieces and creaked really loud every time you got in and out of it apart and rearranged and toddler proofed out bedroom. The mattress is now in the floor. We are both happy about it because the noise is gone and if Abby happens to fall asleep with us we know she is much safer. I also went grocery shopping and did laundry today. It was busy.
Did anyone doe anything cooler?
I'm here. Will not be talking about feelings. :P
Well, I guess I'll share that I am so ready to move out of the house with my parents. They are driving me bonkers, and I've decided that I am going to sub next year. That way, I can have a day off when I need it too.
My irritation in all this is that it broke on June 26. I waited 5 days essentially (Thurs, Fri, Sat, Sun, Mon) for them to come out and check it because nobody works weekends. Waited 3 more days (Tue, Wed, Thu) for the home warranty people to make a decision on how they were going to repair it. Lost 3 more days (Fri,Sat,Sun) due to the 3 day weekend. And then waited all this week for parts for come in and now I'll have to wait the weekend before they show up Monday.
It's the fact that it has been more wasted time than anybody actually doing work.
