Re: Happy Friday
Going to a Twins game with DH's family tonight. Well hopefully, I have a pinched nerve or something in my low back. I've woken up with my right leg numb a couple days. It's not very fun.
Hopefully the rest of the weekend will be finishing up the trim on the house. That will probably mean the ILs will come over to help. I so need a break from them, I might go hide at the farm all weekend. DH is pretty insistant that I stay off of ladders right now, so there isn't much I can do to help. I'll have to post before and after pictures when it's all done!!
Tonight, we're going to Home Depot. We need some light fixtures and a shop vac. Exciting Friday night for us!! For all of you who have been waiting, the kitchen is getting installed over the next week or so. Once the granite is in, you'll get some before/afters
Tomorrow, I may need to watch my niece for a bit. My brother and H are going to dump garbage and my nephew has a mommy and me gym class. Someone will need to watch the baby. If not, I need to go to yoga. Resting the rest of the day while H will be helping at the house.
Sunday, I think, we're going to where H is from to see one of H's friends and his wife. His friend doesn't drive much, so he won't come here. If we don't go now, we probably won't see him for a few months after the baby is born. If we don't see the friend, ILs want to have a BBQ, so I think we'll be there regardless.
Tomorrow - going to Atlanta so we can go to Ikea.
Sunday - we were hoping to go to dollywood, but I think it's going to rain all day, so we aren't sure just yet.
I got recruited to babysit tomorrow morning. My sister had her second child while I was away on vacation. And apparently they were given the green light to take her home this upcoming Wednesday (she was in NICU since she was a month early). Unfortunately, her and her bf/baby daddy have to sit through some sort of informative video beforehand. So, my sister invited me along. She figured I could visit with the new baby and keep an eye on her other child as well.
Not sure what's going on afterwards. I do want to try to get some clothing shopping done. Just a matter of if I can get H out of the house.
Sunday, I am taking my youngest sister to an area art festival. They're having a Beatles tribute band performing and she wanted to go.
