Not interested.  Anything I want, I just buy anyway and I'm already an audible member.

I'm not that thrilled with the books you can check out on prime and I imagine they'd be the same books.
    Can I marry them all?

Based on what I have seen I believe the books are much more relevant than the prime books.

I am in the wait and see camp. I need to know what books are available and how quickly a new release is available.

  • I was just about to come and post this same question!

I don't know how I feel about it yet. Essentially, you're paying $10 a month for a library membership. I'm worried that the titles they'll offer aren't what I'm interested in.

I looked at it on amazon and I'm still not impressed with the books. My library's ebooks are much better.

  • I feel like they're just trying to make money off of people who don't understand that you can get ebooks from the library.  I'm pretty sure there are actually A LOT of these people.

However, if they said any title you can buy is available for lending (or close to it), I would be ALL over it.  With the limited selection, meh.

Yeah I went and looked too. Not impressed.

Maybe if they get more relevant books and quick on new releases I would be game.

I love my library but the YA ebook selection is frustrating sometimes. And for some big books the waits are loooooong.

I spend around $10/month on daily/monthly deals, but I get to keep them forever. Even when I'm not paying for more.

Ditto @84Lauren‌ about the lending. I really wish they would loosen up their overly stringent policies.

  • I was tempted, because I had hoped I could replace audible but I'll stick with that.  I spend easily $10 a month on books in one form or another and I get to keep those.

  • I'm sticking with library eBooks and Scribd for the time being. If Amazon is able to get any of the big 5 publishers on board, I might give Kindle Unlimited a try, but for now the selection isn't appealing to me.

  • Without any of the big five publishers being on board, I'm unimpressed.
