As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

AW: woo hoo we have a closing date!!!
It's all looking like it's going to work out perfectly. We will close on our current house on the 20th, and we have 3 days to move out. Then we close on our new house on the 22nd. Now to just get through the inspection negotiations (they want some REALLY stupid stuff fixed like paint on a windowsill) and the FHA inspection. Feel like I need a glass of wine to celebrate!!!

It's not new news but we'll be closing Friday! We went out tonight to browse living room furniture which was lots of fun. I'm grateful we have already accumulated a lot. Since we don't have to buy ALL of our furniture and appliances, I feel like we can invest in a long lasting couch. Woohoo!
