As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

I'm.sorry, but this cannot wait til Wednesday and it will be alot of cursing. So I just saw my co-irkers paycheck by accident. She only makes $3 less then I do!!! I couldn't believe it!;! What the fuckity fucking bullshit is that??? She does no planning, or.anything for this classroom. And if I don't tell her exactly what to do she fucks up the shit. And takes NO initiative to find something to do. I'm soooo pissed off right now.

I know a raise will not happen right now. Our enrollment is down and costs are up.
But I will not be covering for her anymore. I will be going to the director with any issues and I will be giving her more responsibility in the classroom. I've been racking my brain to come up with things that need to be done on a daily or weekly basis. Technically, she should be head teacher since she has her BA in education, but she could never handle it. I remember my boss being worried when I was out on maternity leave. Umm... then why are you keeping her on staff??
