Inspection for my buyer on Tue! **Update**
What can I do to prepare for inspection on my house I am selling? What will they be looking at/for. We haven't started packing yet, but we still have a little time since we close in Sept. I hope everything goes smooth and that everything is ok.
**Update**
We got the report back and overall what the seller wants fixed seems fair and will not be to costly for us. (Our house was built in the late 70's) The only thing we are not agreeing to is hiring a certified plumber for a slow draining sink in the bathroom. We are going to have a friend look at it and do a pipe snake if necessary. It really isn't even draining slow right now. (My husband forgot to add drain o before inspection grrrrr) Now I am just worried about the appraisal. We are giving the seller back 6,000 towards closing and the house needs to appraise for at least 202,000.
My inspection for the house I am buying is Friday.
