Appointment Update
Had my first appointment yesterday with the OB. Unfortunately, she was out on her own medical emergency, so I had to be seen by a retired OB instead. He was lovely, but DH and I did want to meet the real OB. That was the only negative. Our appointment was incredible. We heard the heartbeat- amazing! I also was able to get an u/s and we got to see baby and the heartbeat. (170 beats/min) It was beautiful and breathtaking. I almost started crying but I didn't want to miss anything the doctor was saying. I am measuring 10w4d as of today and my newest EDD is 2/17/14. Thanks everyone for getting me through to this point. I cannot stop staring at this picture. (it's two pictures of the same baby, no twins here).
