This is why book art should be abolished. Those shoes are just chunky, clod-stomping monstrosities.

Not all heels are closet-worthy. I love my books and I love my heels, but I can not get on board with these.

I like them without the platform. And not on my feet. I'm with you, @fabk, heels and I don't mix. I love them on others.

I might wear these:

The pattern kind of reminds me of Chinese brocade.

But I think I'd still like them better either as solid red with the book-spine heel, or patterned with a plain heel. The combination feels a little too busy.
