Re: Finally Friday

  • Friday - mom and I are going to the wee-cycle consignment sale this morning. Then we might head to the carnival in PA tonight. Ryan is exhausted and sleeping in. I think Lilly has been waking him up when she does, so we made sure that didn't happen this morning.

Rest of the weekend I have no idea. Depends on the weather. If it's nice river. Any indoor ideas?

@mammersoh‌ was it you I saw on fb at a trampoline place in DE?

  • @mana8503‌ I know a couple.of people who went to the the trampoline place Wilmington by the riverfront.

We have no.plans for the weekend as far as I know. Well, maybe packing if we decide to go to the beach for a couple days next week. :)

  • @mana8503 Yup that was us! We went to Sky Zone in Chadds Ford, PA. The kids loved it. It think its like $6 for a half hour. A did it for 1hr and 30min, but M I broke up his session so he could stop and have a snack break, and just paid for a half hour a first, let him chill out for a half hour, and then I paid another half hour. It's A LOT of jumping lol.

Not sure yet what we are doing because of the rain. It's our anniversary on Sunday, but as of now we have no babysitter so I don't think we're do anything by ourselves at this point. We might have to take a raincheck for next weekend.

Tonight- My grandparents are watching the girls and we're going to dinner. I'm hoping it doesn't rain so we can eat outside.

Tomorrow- I'd like to go blueberry picking if it's not too muddy.

Sunday- nothing much. Lil starts camp on Monday, so I'll be trying to explain that to her all day Sunday
  • Today - We went to the Delaware Children's Museum this morning and had lunch on the riverfront. Now we're home and T's napping. H and I are going out later tonight with some friends.

Tomorrow - H is working so T and I are going to a picnic without him. Then H and I are going to the Billy Joel concert!

Sunday - I don't know. We're supposed to be going to a going away party but my mom will be here so I don't think we'll go.

  • @court115‌ Did T enjoy the museum? Someone said they thought M was too young.

He did. I mean, he couldn't do a lot of the activities but he didn't care. He had fun running around with the other kids and he was able to do one of the crafts in the art studio. If you go to the library on King Street, you can "check out" a ticket to get 4 tickets for free.

It's definitely for kids a little older that 2 or 3...but there's still things they can do. My mom took L when she was a little younger and said it was okay, but fun.

Please Touch is further, but LOTS of fun at this age!!
