TTC since March 2012 w/irregular and anovulatory cycles.  
Moved to an RE October 2013  HSG- All clear , S/A- Normal , Bloodwork -Normal
Uterine polyp found-  Hysteroscopy and D&C 12/6/13  DX w/complex endometrial hyperplasia
Endometrial Biopsy 3/21/14 - Hyperplasia still present  Endometrial Biopsy #2 6/24/14 - All clear!
IUI #1  w/stims and trigger - Started stims 7/7/14 - IUI 7/24/14 = BFP 8/7/14
Beta #1 8/8 - 47  Beta#2 -137  Beta#3 - 96 Beta#4 -287 Beta#5 -519 Beta#6 121 = early miscarriage 5w4d

    1. Lose 20ish lbs and overall health
    2. Last week was bad, but I blame work. I am down 2 lbs since 7/4 though! I had a VERY active weekend, so I'm pleased with that!
    3. Running and eating healthy. I'm up to 4 minutes of running with 30-second breaks!
    4. Kayaking with friends yesterday. It felt good to get out there again (haven't been since before our trip)
    5. Making bad choices for meals during last week's conferences.
    QOTW: I don't watch any reality tv, so my knowledge is limited. I guess I'd be on Real Housewives.
    TTC #1 since Feb. '12. dx: "unexplained" IF
    After 2 shitty IVF cycles and 1 loss at 6+2 (EDD 11/7/14), DH and I are pursuing DIA.

    1) Goals? Lose 60 by my 40th (February)

    2) How has your progress been this week? Great this week, thought my body's been wacky. The week before last I was really careful with food and gained 3 lbs. Last week I had dinner out twice and lunch out once and lost those 3 lbs, plus another 2.  I seem to do better when I have a cheat meal in the middle of the week. Strange.

    3) What is your "plan" (diet, workout regime, etc)? Body by vi shakes for breakfast and lunch, healthy dinner and snacks.

    4) Best part of your week? DH and I had a fun birthday weekend (his).

    5) Worst part of your week? Nothing really.

    QOTW: If you could be on any reality show, which one would you choose to be on and why? I'd be a judge on Top Chef so I could eat all the food.

    2) How has your progress been this week? ehhhh today starts buckling down...work is transitioning to more standard next week so hopefully pulling my act together and getting as close to 100 total by my birthday in a few weeks :) need to bust the plateau

    3) What is your "plan" (diet, workout regime, etc)?
    calories, zumba, t25, bringing back my friend elliptical and brekaing out my bike this week?

    4) Best part of your week?
    birthday party for my zumba crew tonight :)  and all the time spent with my sorority sisters this weekend

    5) Worst part of your week?
    eating like an asshole

  • 1) Goals?    It keeps changing to lose 50-70 lbs.  I would be happy with 50 lbs, but 70 lbs would be amazing!

    2) How has your progress been this week?  Not too good.  We went out to eat couple times.  I didn't gain anything, but I didn't lose anything either.

    3) What is your "plan" (diet, workout regime, etc)?   Use MyFitnesPal, make healthier food choices, walk couple times a week after work.

    4) Best part of your week?  Getting together with friends I have not seen in couple weeks.

    5) Worst part of your week?  I am training a new hire that will be working in another branch.  I am honored my regional manager keeps picking me as the mentor for new hires, but it always makes me so behind in my work and I just get tired and cranky. 

    QOTW: If you could be on any reality show, which one would you choose to be on and why?   I love watching reality TV, but I have no idea which one I would want to be on! 
  • 1) Goals? Lose 20 lbs

    2) How has your progress been this week? I did okay this week.  We got a new scale though and it's two lbs off from my previous one.  I think I lost maybe a pound this week.

    3) What is your "plan" (diet, workout regime, etc)? T25 and eating healthier.  I am avoiding dairy right now (but not chocolate!).  Mainly just cheese, milk, and yogurt.  

    4) Best part of your week? I have been eating more veggies, which is awesome and we have been cooking at home more.

    5) Worst part of your week? I had some unhealthy days and also skipped some workouts because I was so tired.

    QOTW: If you could be on any reality show, which one would you choose to be on and why? The Amazing Race.  It looks fun and I would like to travel!

    2) How has your progress been this week? Progress was great! Lost 1.8 lbs and passed my first mini-goal of 15 lbs!

    3) What is your "plan" (diet, workout regime, etc)? Tracking on MFP. Cardio 2 to 3 times a week. Going to start DDP Yoga with my DH next week.

    4) Best part of your week? Making my first mini-goal!

    5) Worst part of your week? AF came. I was expecting it because I had to take Provera but it's still never fun, of course.

    QOTW: If you could be on any reality show, which one would you choose to be on and why? Hmm...not sure. I don't really watch reality tv. Maybe some kind of cooking competition if that counts.

  • 1) Goals? To tone and become stronger

    2) How has your progress been this week? I had a pretty good week! I think I am finally adjusting to life post challenge, making good choices but also splurging a little!

    3) What is your "plan" (diet, workout regime, etc)? Mfp, track everything I eat, no starches after 3 (except on aloted cheat meals), do some form of exercise daily (strength training mornings 4xwk and cardio afternoons)

    4) Best part of your week? Eating pizza and ice cream in moderation this weekend (this is still difficult for me). I got a kids size ice cream instead of the size I really wanted. Also losing what I had gain when my challenge ended!

    5) Worst part of your week? Stuffing my face when I was anxious about IF last week.

    QOTW: If you could be on any reality show, which one would you choose to be on and why? Can I just be a spectator on one of the housewives shows? It would be hilarious to watch them go crazy in person, but I dont want to be involved.

    Lose an additional 15 - 25 pounds.

    2) How has your progress been this week?
    Good on the eating, very bad on the exercise.

    3) What is your "plan" (diet, workout regime, etc)?
    Track eating on MFP, track steps with Fitbit

    4) Best part of your week?
    Leaving my barista job.  No more being at work at 6 a.m. for me!

    5) Worst part of your week?
    Being a slacker.

    QOTW: If you could be on any reality show, which one would you choose to be on and why?

    Um... none?  I guess if I were really in shape and awesome I would choose American Ninja Warrior.  Maybe.  To prove to myself I could be Batgirl. :p

    I love that show! I wish I could do those kinds of things! Most days, I'm just lucky I don't trip over my own feet and seriously injure myself!

  • Question: anyone ever tried/use Body Glide? I have awful chafing on my thighs from running and was thinking of picking some up today.
    I never used it when I was running, but I have guy friends who used it on their nipples and couldn't live without it!
