Wednesday- Pork loin
Thursday- French toast bake
Friday - Pasta
Saturday- Burgers
Sunday - Grilled chicken
It's really good. Basically all of the French toast ingredients put into a baking dish. You can put it together the night before and then refrigerate until baking the next morning. Really easy and yummy.
T - crockpot rice lasagna
W - Parmesan tilapia with roasted broccoli and baked potatoes
R - spaghetti, salad and garlic knots
F - leftovers
S - likely takeout
Tuesday : tomato basil spaghetti squash bake
Wednesday : Food salad (you know, salad with all kinds of stuff in it)
Thursday: I harvested 3 spaghetti squash yesterday, so another spaghetti squash dish. I'm thinking something spicy. Like taco casserole with spaghetti squash
Friday : Ham and bean soup
Saturday: my birthday! And dinner plans are up in the air at this point.

I do! Rice lasagna: http://www.365daysofcrockpot.com/2012/10/slow-cooker-meatless-and-gluten-free.html. Enchiladas: ingredients - enchilada sauce, corn tortillas, 1 can black beans (we use trader joes refried black beans), quest fresco and/or cheddar jack. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Pour 1 cup sauce into a wide, shallow bowl. Working with one at a time, dip tortillas I. Sauce, shaking off excess, then fill with beans and cheese down center. Roll tortilla around filling and arrange, seam side down, in 8-inch square baking dish. Top with 1/2 cup sauce. Cover tightly with foil and bake until heater through, 10 minutes. Serve with desired toppings.
