Moved to an RE October 2013 HSG- All clear , S/A- Normal , Bloodwork -Normal
Uterine polyp found- Hysteroscopy and D&C 12/6/13 DX w/complex endometrial hyperplasia
Endometrial Biopsy 3/21/14 - Hyperplasia still present Endometrial Biopsy #2 6/24/14 - All clear!
IUI #1 w/stims and trigger - Started stims 7/7/14 - IUI 7/24/14 = BFP 8/7/14

Re: Getting Healthy Check In
1. Lose 20ish lbs and overall health
2. Last week was bad, but I blame work. I am down 2 lbs since 7/4 though! I had a VERY active weekend, so I'm pleased with that!
3. Running and eating healthy. I'm up to 4 minutes of running with 30-second breaks!
4. Kayaking with friends yesterday. It felt good to get out there again (haven't been since before our trip)
5. Making bad choices for meals during last week's conferences.
QOTW: I don't watch any reality tv, so my knowledge is limited. I guess I'd be on Real Housewives.

2) How has your progress been this week? I had a pretty good week! I think I am finally adjusting to life post challenge, making good choices but also splurging a little!
3) What is your "plan" (diet, workout regime, etc)? Mfp, track everything I eat, no starches after 3 (except on aloted cheat meals), do some form of exercise daily (strength training mornings 4xwk and cardio afternoons)
4) Best part of your week? Eating pizza and ice cream in moderation this weekend (this is still difficult for me). I got a kids size ice cream instead of the size I really wanted. Also losing what I had gain when my challenge ended!
5) Worst part of your week? Stuffing my face when I was anxious about IF last week.
QOTW: If you could be on any reality show, which one would you choose to be on and why? Can I just be a spectator on one of the housewives shows? It would be hilarious to watch them go crazy in person, but I dont want to be involved.

4) Best part of your week? Going to the dog park.
5) Worst part of your week? Stuffing myself into my "fat" pants.
