WTF boss - we have less than 6 weeks until my due date. Can we figure out who's covering for me. The 2 that would need minimal training are too busy so I'd really like training a new person ASAP. Esp if it's someone not familiar with the program. We will probably need 2 people because we have some pretty big projects coming in.

@mana8503‌ isn't it crazy how we worry more about that stuff then our employers...but trust me once you're home with that sweet baby girl you won't have a care in the world about that! And pregnancy brain is no joke! Unfortunately it then just turns into Mommy brain!

@uderin02‌ - with having the kids this week, I feel like I have pregnancy and mommy brain. I feel like I'm barely functioning.

As for my boss, he keeps asking me my due date. Wtf! Write it down. I'm huge so it's soon ok?! He was suppose to have a "game plan" by August. Well, we're a fourth of the way in dude. What's making me worry is, I was out last week and things barely got done. I know I won't care when I'm gone but I don't want to leave my TO in a bad place. We have a good relationship and I don't want him to think I didn't care enough to find replacement(s). But he knows my boss is a jerkface.

Random story - we told Ryan Eliza is in my belly so he won't be rough with me. He's been really good. And will put his hand on my belly and say Eliza is in there. (seriously melts your heart). Last night I'm eating my bedtime snack and he's belly bumping my chair. I'm like what that... Then he pulls it up, rubs his belly and says Eliza is in there. I'm cracking up. Then I realize he's making fun of me! Little turd. So I tell him to show daddy. So then him and Jeff are on the couch, shirts up, bellies out. Thanks guys! (some nights I'm tired of things on my belly and I let it hang out #noshame).

Wtf mom-mom. My pop-pop is away for the week and everything that could go wrong has gone wrong and I've been the one stuck trying to fix it. First the blower on the air conditioning unit upstairs burned up while I was over there. No visible fire but a ton of smoke upstairs, which resulted in almost every fire company in cecil county coming out. So cue me dealing with calling 911, dealing with fire trucks, and hvac guy later in the day. The next day the downstairs air broke and her pool liner has a leak some where. So now I basically have to babysit her every day until my aunt gets home from work because she doesn't want to be there by herself.

Serious though, sometimes the belly just needs some air! Its such a great feeling!

Update - my cw announced she's pregnant with her second kid yay!! She's due in February. I asked my boss about an update on who's covering for me. He said things changed now that cw will be out too, so he has to think about 6 months instead of 3. Um... I'll be back in December, we will have 2 month in between our ml. He's like oh. What a freaking moron. Just decide! When my TO gets back from vacation I'm emailing him so he doesn't think I'm leaving him he go and dry when I leave.

Dear smug teenage girl I saw on my run,

Yeah, I know I looked like a hot mess and you were super adorable. Yeah, I know I was majorly huffing and puffing and you were not. BUT, little miss, YOU were going downhill and I was pounding it up a steep incline. Maybe you should remember that the next someone tries to wave hello as you pass one another and you respond with the side eye.
