QOTD 8/8

What was the last movie that you watched at home? What about in the theater?

Is there any movie you are looking forward to seeing?

  • Last movie I watched at home was Who Framed Roger Rabbit. Last one I saw in the theater was X-Men: Days of Future Past. I'm looking forward to seeing Guardians of the Galaxy and Maze Runner. And I know I'm going to hate The Giver, but I'm going anyway because I love the book.

  • The last one I watched at home was called Grace Unplugged (about a girl who sings at her church but has a chance to be a secular recording artist).  I saw Malificent in theaters with H and I admit I was a little let down. He liked it though!

I watched part of The Internship the other day.  What I saw was funny, so I'd like to finish it.

In the theaters, we went to see Lucy and it was not as good as I was hoping it'd be.

ETA: Forgot to answer which movie I'm looking forward to seeing.  Don't judge me, I can't wait for 50 Shades of Grey to come out!

  • Last movie we saw in theaters was The Muppet Movie sequel.

We watched Monsters Inc at home a few weeks ago.

I don't know of any movies that I'm excited for...except for Finding Dory, but I don't think that comes out until 2016.

    Yes, we are 5 : P

  • I was watching American Reunion a couple nights ago but fell asleep.  I've never seen it before.

In theatres we saw Lucy.  I liked it but I thought it could have been a lot better.

I'm super excited for Mockingjay to come out in November.  I also want to see Maze Runner and the Giver.  I have to say from what I've seen in the previews they changed a lot in the Giver.  Makes me super nervous, but I know I'll cave and have to see it.

  • At home: Mystery Science Theatre 3000's riff on a shit-tastic film called Werewolf.  It's hilarious.

At the movies: Lego Movie?  It's been a while...

Looking forward to seeing: Deliver Us From Evil with Eric Bana.  It's no longer playing in the theatre so I'm going to have to wait for Redbox.  I will watch any scary movie basically.  I know it's weird.

  • Oh, I forgot to add the one I want to see!  We are renting Heaven is For Real on iTunes soon.  I wanted to read the book first but I'll settle for watching the movie.

Last movie I saw in a theater was The Hobbit: The Desolation of Smaug.

Cant remember the last movie I watched at home, I rarely turn the tv on.

Not even sure what movies are out so I have no answer for what movie I'm looking forward to seeing!
  • I just watched Toy Story 3 for this first time the other night.

As for the movies, I think that last movie we saw was The second Hobbit movie-the Desolation of Smog.

I can't wait for the next Despicable Me movie. It's supposed to be all about the minions. So exciting!! In the mean time I wouldn't mind seeing Mockingjay, Gone Girl and Divergent.

  • Last thing I watched at home... the only one that's coming to mind is The Lego Movie. If there was anything else, I cannot remember it since a lot of what we do anymore at home is watch movies since we don't have cable. Although as I literally was typing this, H wound up putting on some James Bond film on HBO.

In theaters... Guardians of the Galaxy! Which I definitely enjoyed a lot more than I was anticipating.

I do want to try to rent Divergent when it comes to redbox. And I did kind of cheat a bit and look at IMDB to see what all I actually wanted to see within the next couple months. Definitely excited for Mockingjay, Book of Life, and Big Hero 6.
