I'm super nervous now even though I know it can occur. We had a big BBQ at our house yesterday and I noticed at the end of the night I had some light pink/brown spot on my underwear. After I saw it I drank a ton of water and sat down for an hour then went straight to bed. Now I feel like I'm on high alert for every twinge, cramp, flutter in my stomach. Should I call the doctor office about this or wait until Monday? Am I overreacting? WWYD?

As others have said, it is probably totally normal. I have had first tri spotting with every pregnancy, but if it makes you feell more calm and at ease, just call the doctor and get some reassurance. No harm in that. It sounds like you are doing everything right, so try to rest and relaz today mama.

I did call the doctor this morning just to have it noted and run it by them. They said it is normal and can happen but not to worry and to call if it happens again.
I did read that it can be from the baby growing and the uterus making more room for it. I am really only feeling pressure or mild dull aches but nothing that I haven't felt since my BFP.
Just now I am more aware of everything since I got nervous. I am hoping I can stay busy with work and try and let the week pass by.
