  She will track down that baby and find it. It's going to be a  mother's instinct thing like it was with "Rosemary's Baby."
  
  For all of their sophisticated and very slick props and other special effects and cool futuristic gadgets, that incubator that the kiddo to be is in is a bit rudimentary.:)  There is a very strange and positively awful 70s movie called "Demon Seed" where the incubator in that movie reminds me an awful lot of this one in Extant.
