We're heading to Idlewild on Friday. I can't wait.
We're taking an extra bag with us b/c of the water park, although we may not be able to take advantage of it b/c it's only supposed to be in the high 70s on Friday.
Do you recommend getting a locker or dragging the bag around with us? We'll have G's McLaren stroller which doesn't have a very large cargo basket, but should be able to accommodate a backpack.
Also, G is still napping - will they allow reentry? I couldn't find anything on their site regarding that. I was thinking we could go when they open, enjoy a few hours, take him back to the hotel to nap, then return around dinner time.
Any tips?

Re: Idelwild Questions
We left lunch items in our car and took them out between storybook forest and the rest of the park. You pay at the entrance of the park and drive in, so you can go back and forth between your car anytime.
We went there for the 1st time recently and loved it. DD slept in her stroller for 2 hours. There are little nooks and cranies around the park that you can have peace and quiet. It was shaded too.
We started with Storybook forest when it opens, then got lunch out of the car, cleaned up and then when to the Junggle area. She started getting fussy so we worked on a nap. She woke up two hours later and she was a happy camper. We then went to the kiddie park side.
You'll love it!
On going back to hotel - just check the park hours, I seem to recall not all the areas are open late so it may be worth it just to let him nap in his stroller at the park (my kids always did) and then you are still there to start up again. Lots of shady spots in the kiddie area - or on the train.
