I confess that I'm scared to get my ears pierced again.

Back story: In high school and college I had stretched my ear lobes and was wearing 6mm spacers. After 3 years I decided to take them out and wear normal earrings again but now I'm going to space them again because I liked wearing the large spacers H had made for me. But I also like wearing regular earrings so I'm getting my ears pierced to have 2 holes in each ear so I can do both spacers and normal posts. I'm also worried people at work will notice me stretching my lobes since my hair is so short.

I confession I do things to see if I can weird my work husbands out... Like ordering my breast pump on the phone. I think I've desensitized them. Their response - whoa you get free bags too?! You're welcome future wives!

Yes. I'm sucked into it but the world is against me reading it. I was trying to read on my lunch yesterday and everyone was bugging me. I was hiding in random areas at work and they still found me. I wanted to petition for a reading room! Then last night I was reading it and DH was like we gotta go. You know, to some family thing, he told me about for the first time right then and there.

My coworkers hear my farm calls and give me weird looks. Especially during breeding season or kidding season.

ETA words are hard.

I wish someone at my work would talk about goats boning other goats, it would really break up the monotony of the workday for me.

@christinafromflanders, I highly suggest you go to a tattoo/piercing parlor to get the holes! I know it seems silly, but it's less painful in my opinion, and it's less traumatic on the tissues in your ear. If you get them pierced with the piercing gun, it can rupture the tissue which makes it harder to heal.

@xxjen015: thanks, that's exactly where I'm going! A former client of mine owns a tattoo parlour so I trust him completely. Apparently it's against the law to use a gun on ears now.

I confess I am excited to go grocery shopping tomorrow. It's a large mix of running out of food/getting out of the house for the night.

I'm so excited to be getting a week long vacation from DH. He's driving me insane lately. My mom, DS and I are going to visit my dying grandmother next weekend and my mom will be all over taking care of the baby so I will even get a mini vacay.
