weekend plans!

Happy Friday!  Any fun plans?

Tonight: our neighborhood is having a bike parade, followed by outdoor movie night.  We're going to have to bundle up, brrr!! :)

Saturday: Brian is running the Tough Mudder (he can't do the obstacles because of his shoulder, but felt bad bailing altogether on the rest of his team)  Not sure what the kids and I will do during the day.  That evening, we are all heading over to a friend's house for a party.

Sunday: church in the morning, grocery shopping, my MIL will arrive mid afternoon and Brian and I will head out for his birthday celebration!

  • Tonight - art show for the end of H's camp and dinner out.

Tomorrow - all day at MIL's. Hope it is warm enough to swim.

Also, stalking ravelry.com incessantly since I posted a new pattern for sake today. :-)

  • Tonight - pizza and then movie on the lawn night at our daycare

    Saturday - zumba, clean

Sunday - WW, church, having a little BBQ with a few friends and their kids, then we're moving the party to a local park where the Clarks are playing a free show.
  • Going to take dd to pick out some back to school clothes.  I'm just going to try to keep the weekend as relaxing as possible.  Kindergarten starts on Monday and we are all a little anxious (OK, a lot).

  • We don't really have anything major planned all weekend!  Woo hoo!

    Tonight: Take out and movie.

Saturday:  I'd like to swim, but I guess it will depend on the weather, so maybe the zoo?  Heading to our neighbors for a bonfire that night.

Sunday: We are having our parents over for a cook out.

  • Leaving after work for Camp Redwing with Caileigh and some of her brownie troop for a weekend camping trip (what did I get myself into?)  Hoping I don't fall out of the bunk and no one snores!

  • TGIF ladies!

Today- not much.... DH is going to camp for weekend. Taking Madi for hair trim and we talked about going to get her shoes. She said she doesn't need shoes she needs a princess pet. Um no child.

tomorrow- again not much. I made a last min hair appt at a new place for a cut. Might go major. See what she suggests. :)

Sunday- Grocery store. Fun fun stuff.

  • Daycare was closed today, so my parents took both boys overnight, and are driving them up to the lake today.

Steve and I are going to have a childless early anniversary dinner (10 years married on Monday, 18 together in October. Our big family anniversary trip starts next Friday).

After dinner we're stopping at Costco and heading to the lake.

Saturday we're surfing and boating all day.

Sunday we'll head home and I'm meeting my BFFs for dinner. One of them is scheduled for a c-section in a week, so we wanted to do a final meet up before baby number 2 arrives :)

I have a cousin doing that this weekend too.  I wonder if it's the same troop.  Have fun!

  • We're going to see my extended family this weekend, I'm so excited for them to meet DS! I especially want my grandparents to meet him and to spend some time with them, they've had a rough go lately and I worry about them and miss them  =/  It will be a really fun weekend though! Also, this is our first time staying in a hotel with him, so that should be interesting. We have a room next to my parents and brother and SIL, so that might be cheating a little bit.

We used to do that all the time growing up! Mom was all sorts of annoyed that my dad only went 1 year and he actually loved it. It seemed most of my friends didn't have dads who wanted to go, so mom got suckered in every time. Have fun!!
