Hey ladies!
It's been quiet around here. How's everyone doing? Anything new?
We have been working on some housing projects. Repairing some drywall from where we tore out a set of built-ins. Organizing the garage - which made a HUGE difference. On the TTC side of things we are (probably) in our last natural cycle before IVF. Should be getting more details from the RE this week. I told my parents about IVF - of course my mom started googling it and had tons of questions. Hopefully she doesn't drive me too crazy.
I've kept her in the dark (which I told her I would) about our past TTC info just to keep the pressure off.
That's about it on my end!

I went on a sister trip over the weekend and had fun. We met in Kansas City for shopping, eating, etc. As it turned out, we walked A LOT, and while that was fine, I hadn't really felt pregnant until then. Even though I've been working out regularly, all that walking really affected me.
With all that, H has finally decided that we just need to get rid of our house and move on. I have been waiting for him to come around since the day I found out I was pregnant. The original plan (since we didn't sell it this last time around) was to wait until next spring, when we have saved a bit more, and then just sell it cheap. I have secretly been hoping he'd see that selling the house with a fairly newborn child and dog and trying to keep the house clean etc. would be the worst thing imaginable. Lo and behold, he finally said something yesterday. I think he realizes that our house is just not set up for a child. It's fine for a baby, but once that kid is in a high chair, there's really nowhere for it to go. And we aren't great at keeping such a small place clean (that has limited space for our crap) WITHOUT a baby. So imagine trying to keep it up WITH one if there's a last-minute showing.
You guys, I have never been happier. Looks like this weekend will be all about getting it sale-ready again.
TTC since June 2012
Well I kept this secret for a while, but I am also expecting - I am at 34 wks right now. We really weren't planning to have any kids but the pressure from my parents got to me and also with DH's parents both being deceased and him being an only child and, until recently, estranged from his father's side of the family, I thought it'd be nice for him to have a kiddo of his own. I just turned 41 a couple months ago, but found it fairly easy to get pregnant. I did have a miscarriage though last September at about 8 wks. We tried again and I was pregnant a few months later. It's starting to feel more real now that I'm getting closer to my due date. Next week will be both baby showers at work and home. I didn't really announce on Facebook or anything because I was constantly worried something bad would happen or tests would come back with bad results, etc, but I have been okay so far. I also have MS, so that was another concern of mine with being pregnant. But so far nothing has happened. We are expecting a girl
