Steph

Didn't L have a sleep regression a few months ago? It started at the beach. I went in b/c I thought she was scared about being in a strange place and I didn't want her waking my aunt up. Now back at home, the past 4 nights, M has been waking up around 3-4 and crying off and on for an hour. The first night, DH and I both went separately in to comfort her. Rocking her, etc. Then the next night, when we went in we just hate her a hug and laid her back down with covers and kisses. Last night, just I went in. She still cried after we left. Any advice?? What did you do?

YES! I'm trying to remember when it was....probably right around where M is now.

I cut down on her afternoon nap, she was napping up to 3 hours! So now I wake her after 2 hr 15 mins.

We just kind of went in and did what she needed done. She usually would 'need' something. But it was rough....I don't think we fixed it, I think it just fixed itself, but the cutting back on the nap helped.

    Sorry I don't have real advice....good luck!
  • Thanks. I'll see what happens the next few days. Maybe getting her back in her normal schedule will help.
