TTC since March 2012 w/irregular and anovulatory cycles.  
Moved to an RE October 2013  HSG- All clear , S/A- Normal , Bloodwork -Normal
Uterine polyp found-  Hysteroscopy and D&C 12/6/13  DX w/complex endometrial hyperplasia
Endometrial Biopsy 3/21/14 - Hyperplasia still present  Endometrial Biopsy #2 6/24/14 - All clear!
IUI #1  w/stims and trigger - Started stims 7/7/14 - IUI 7/24/14 = BFP 8/7/14
Beta #1 8/8 - 47  Beta#2 -137  Beta#3 - 96 Beta#4 -287 Beta#5 -519 Beta#6 121 = early miscarriage 5w4d

    1) Goals? I'd like to lose another 10lbs by my trip at the end of October.

    2) How has your progress been this week? Sucky...I'm an emotional eater and I haven't been feeling good, so while I didn't go crazy, I certainly didn't make any progress and haven't worked out in a week.

    3) What is your "plan" (diet, workout regime, etc)? Eat less, work out more.

    4) Best part of your week? My BFF and Dh both bought me flowers this weekend, now I have fresh flowers in our bedroom, kitchen and living room; I love the charm fresh flowers give a home.

    5) Worst part of your week? Finding out this pregnancy is most likely ectopic and the pain I've been in today.

    QOTW: Now that summer is coming to an end, what are you looking forward to most about fall? Halloween!  I'm so excited to bring out my Halloween decorations from storage.  Oh and pumpkin scented everything and pumpkin flavored everything... fall is the best.

  • Goals: I'd like to be below 200 by he time we are allowed to try again. Ultimately my goal is 170-175 which would be a total loss of around 75. Progress: not good, I didn't have the energy to cook this week so we ate poorly. Plan: my fitness pal and walking Best part of the week: we had a nice time at the winery this weekend listening to our friend's band Worst part: on my way home from the first day back to school my car was overheating and the battery light came on; I'm afraid DH is going to feel the repairs are too expensive and I don't want to give up my Jeep so soon after losing our baby. QOTW: one last camping trip for summer and then I'll be looking forward to our anniversary trip.

  • 1) Goals? Lose 86 lbs.

    2) How has your progress been this week? Not great this week. I wasn't allowed to workout per doctor's orders so I only lost .2 lbs. 

    3) What is your "plan" (diet, workout regime, etc)? Track on MFP and walking 3 to 4 times per week.

    4) Best part of your week? Driving back to my hometown on Saturday(6 hour round trip) to see my cousin.

    5) Worst part of your week? Learning on Friday that my cousin was in the hospital and needs a heart transplant.

    QOTW: Now that summer is coming to an end, what are you looking forward to most about fall? Big, comfy sweatshirts! And hot apple cider! And the smell of burning leaves! Fall is by far my favorite season!

  • 1) Goals? Overall health and lose 20ish lbs

    2) How has your progress been this week? Okay. I got back to the gym and ran 2 miles. I weighed myself today, and I am 5lbs below where I was at the beginning of the summer. Slow and steady.

    3) What is your "plan" (diet, workout regime, etc)? Portions, healthy choices, run

    4) Best part of your week? Spending time with friends and family

    5) Worst part of your week? I started my period 6 days early. It's super light, but I'm annoyed at 4 consistent cycles and now this. Argh!

    QOTW: Now that summer is coming to an end, what are you looking forward to most about fall? Definitely fall clothes. I live for fall.

    After 2 shitty IVF cycles and 1 loss at 6+2 (EDD 11/7/14), DH and I are pursuing DIA.

  • 1) Goals? Lose 60 by February.

    2) How has your progress been this week? I lost three pounds, but only one from my total because I had gained two the week before.  This up and down is driving me batty.  I am, however, starting to get compliments, and I'm feeling it in my clothes. 

    3) What is your "plan" (diet, workout regime, etc)? Body by Vi.  I need to get more walking in.

    4) Best part of your week? When we took our dog in for her annual vet check-up, she had gained 20 lbs over the year. I felt like the worst mommy ever.  We walked to the vet after work today and she's down 11 lbs since the beginning of June! Maybe I should start eating her food? :)

    5) Worst part of your week? The fact that I didn't win the lottery and I still have to work.

    QOTW: Now that summer is coming to an end, what are you looking forward to most about fall? The weather! I love nice cool fall days!

  • 1) Goals?  Lose 50-70 lbs

    2) How has your progress been this week?  Not bad, lost 1 lb.

    3) What is your "plan" (diet, workout regime, etc)?  Use MyFitnessPal, walk more during the week.

    4) Best part of your week?  Drove up to PA on Saturday to see my parents, came home with a lot  of fresh vegetables from their garden. 

    5) Worst part of your week?  Work.  Just a bunch of usual bs.

    QOTW: Now that summer is coming to an end, what are you looking forward to most about fall?   Fall clothes, and pumpkin everything.
  • 1) Goals? Stop my runaway weight gain. Feel more comfortable. My muscle strength and less pain.
    2) How has your progress been this week? Still eating like dipshit, but I've been really good about exercising.
    3) What is your "plan" (diet, workout regime, etc)? Eat a plant-based diet, work out daily. Cool it with alcohol and eating out.
    4) Best part of your week? Just my husband, he's been great.
    5) Worst part of your week? Losing my cat.
