Jeff should be home tonight - I miss him
I want him to tell his boss I'm dialated after my appt tomorrow, even if I'm not (I don't even think they are checking). I figure they won't know it could still be weeks... but yea, ideally I'd like him not to lay over any more after this week. This week is crazy because the other guy that does it is on vacation. I just don't want him stuck in VA and can't leave for x hours plus 4 hours away while I'm in labor.
Do they have local work for him to do?
I know we normally don't count them, but since is our anniversary, I'm thankful for my DH.
He is a wonderful husband and father...always wants what is best for our family and such a hard worker. We've been together for 19 years and I can't imagine life without him.
Yea, they do all the targets in MD, DE, PA (not all of PA but they go as far north as Williamsport), NJ and VA. So there's plenty of close ones, but since he has a dedicated sleeper truck, he does the longer runs. Usually he can get back, it's when he's picking up a haul on the way, and it gets delayed... then he runs out of time.
I think his boss asked him when my next appt was and how I was doing today. So, they seem to want to be mindful I'm close. Jeff thinks they will just keep him off the back hauls and could lay him over for the up coming weeks. If I start show signs, keep in in the area. Sometimes he does 2 runs that are really close, like Christiana, Wilmington, then come back and do 3 stop baltimore. I can handle that!
