HI!!!

First of all, why can't you eat anything?? Second of all, I loved wen until it made my hair fall out. So, there you go. To be honest, I'm not sure if it was the wen that made my hair fall out or my celiac because it could have been both. I haven't tried it since then. I do have a whole unopened bottle in my linen closet, too.

I'm doing a 21 day sugar detox diet- which is essential eating nothing processed, nothing with gluten, and nothing I like.

I ordered WEN. I tried it once at my mom and liked it, so I bit the bullet. Hopefully my hair doesn't fall out!!

The trick with Wen is that you have to use way more product that you think you're going to need. You want to section your half off and do it in sections. I used about 4-6 pumps per section, and it feels like a lot of product. It is. But when you don't use that much, your hair feels greasy.

I also got to the point where I felt like I had to wash my hair every day, which I don't like to do. But the first few weeks? My hair was amazing and curled better than it ever has.

Which scent did you get? Pomegranate was always my favorite. It also just happens to be one of the only ones that's GF. The pomegranate has a soy protein base, the others have a wheat protein base. I might try it again to see if it's any better now that my body is less of an a-hole.

I did a diet like that once... the 17 Day Diet. You can find some pretty unique recipes on blogs for that diet. My favorite was turkey taco salad. You basically make taco meat with turkey and put it on top of greens. I usually use spinach, and then top it with salsa, tomatoes, avocado, whatever.

If I wash my hair every day, it feels really dried out. It felt less so with Wen, but you have to use SO MUCH of it every time that I felt like I was wasting so much product.

I tried Wen when it first came out and wasnt a fan. I think I have too much hair. It made my hair feel really greasy and I used a ton of product.
