TTC since March 2012 w/irregular and anovulatory cycles.  
Moved to an RE October 2013  HSG- All clear , S/A- Normal , Bloodwork -Normal
Uterine polyp found-  Hysteroscopy and D&C 12/6/13  DX w/complex endometrial hyperplasia
Endometrial Biopsy 3/21/14 - Hyperplasia still present  Endometrial Biopsy #2 6/24/14 - All clear!
IUI #1  w/stims and trigger - Started stims 7/7/14 - IUI 7/24/14 = BFP 8/7/14

  • 1) Goals? Lose the weight I've put on the last six months. Get stronger. Develop a good routine.
    2) How has your progress been this week? Really good. Quite a bit of exercise. Pretty decent diet.
    3) What is your "plan" (diet, workout regime, etc)? Eat a plant-based diet. Some type of exercise every day.
    4) Best part of your week? Had a big success in court.
    5) Worst part of your week? An elephant may have trampled my skeleton when I was passed out... I don't know what it was, but last week I had about four days of major back and hip pain.
    QOTW: The Emmys are tonight...do you watch award shows?  If so, what is your favorite one to watch? No, we don't have TV. We have a TV, hooked up to netflix, but we don't have a way to watch live programing.

  • 1) Goals?  Lose 50-70 lbs

    2) How has your progress been this week?  Pretty good, got back on  track with healthier food. 

    3) What is your "plan" (diet, workout regime, etc)?   Follow MFP, walk couple times a week after work.

    4) Best part of your week?  The weather has been amazing! 

    5) Worst part of your week?  ?

  • 1) Goals? Lose 60lbs by February

    2) How has your progress been this week? Meh.  August has been a complete write-off (see what I've been eating on Fridays!). I'm kind of looking forward to getting back into a routine in September.

    3) What is your "plan" (diet, workout regime, etc)? Body By Vi and we started going back to the gym (instead of just paying for it).

    4) Best part of your week? DH and I had a fun weekend. 

    5) Worst part of your week? It's my last week acting for my supervisor (and I'm not really looking forward to her return). 

    QOTW: The Emmys are tonight...do you watch award shows?  If so, what is your favorite one to watch? We usually watch the Oscars.  We may or may not watch the Emmys.

  • 1) Goals? I'd like to lose another 10lbs by the end of October, plus re-lose the few pounds that I've gained back over the last couple of weeks.

    2) How has your progress been this week?  Awful...I'm an emotional eater and have had a rough couple of weeks, so I've just ate whatever I wanted to and have barely made it to the gym at all.  BUT, today I'm back, 100%, and am excited to go to the gym tonight.

    3) What is your "plan" (diet, workout regime, etc)? Eat less/work out more

    4) Best part of your week? Reconnecting with Dh last night

    5) Worst part of your week? All of the fights/arguments that Dh and I had this past week.  

    QOTW: The Emmys are tonight...do you watch award shows?  If so, what is your favorite one to watch? No, not usually.  Sometimes I'll YouTube performances that I want to see from them, but that's about it.  I may flip back and forth to the Emmys tonight just to see what people are wearing, but I doubt I'll sit there and watch it.

    Lose an additional 25 lbs and become more fit/toned, but my motivation for the second half is pretty much nil

    2) How has your progress been this week?
    Overall okay, but yesterday was not the greatest - took the day off from tracking calories and adhering to the diet because we were at Ren Faire and guessing what all was in the food was a lost cause

    3) What is your "plan" (diet, workout regime, etc)?
    Track calories, exercise, low sugar/low carb diet.

    4) Best part of your week?
    I got a picture with my favorite jouster at the Faire!

    5) Worst part of your week?
    I am really struggling with getting enough protein, especially with trying to lower my dairy intake since dairy does have a fair amount of protein.  Blah.

    QOTW: The Emmys are tonight...do you watch award shows?  If so, what is your favorite one to watch?  I don't think I've watched an awards show since Lord of the Rings was up for the Oscars.

    2) How has your progress been this week? Not terrible, not great. Lost 1 lb.


    3) What is your "plan" (diet, workout regime, etc)? Track on MFP. Cardio 2 to 3 times a week.


    4) Best part of your week? Seeing a loss on the scale.


    5) Worst part of your week? Finding out that my DH has to have surgery on his shoulder. Also, that I won't be able to be there because I can't get out of work.


    QOTW: The Emmys are tonight...do you watch award shows? If so, what is your favorite one to watch? I don't watch the actual show but I will go on People.com the next day to look at dresses, performances, etc.

  • 1) Goals? Lose 20ish lbs, overall health

    2) How has your progress been this week? Eh. I skipped the gym today because I stayed at work until 5 working on my classroom. I've been making better choices about eating, so I think that's a positive. I've also maintained my 4 lb loss for a week. This is progress to me.

    3) What is your "plan" (diet, workout regime, etc)? Running (treadmill - I ran outside this weekend, bad choice) and healthy eating

    4) Best part of your week? Finding out that Whole Foods sells a trail mix called "Raspberry Beret." Try to not sing that Prince song. I dare you.

    5) Worst part of your week? True Blood finale. What a disappointment.

    QOTW: The Emmys are tonight...do you watch award shows?  If so, what is your favorite one to watch? DH likes them for the performances. I don't really care about them. I guess I like the Oscars, but I really only watch it for the fashion.

  • 1) Goals? Gain strength and lose the lbs I gain stress eating the last few weeks. 2) How has your progress been this week? I started back on the healthy eating train Sunday since that marks 1 month until the beach. 3) What is your "plan" (diet, workout regime, etc)? Workout daily in the morning before work. Healthy eating with 2 cheat meals this week. 4) Best part of your week? Finding out we had 5 embryos frozen! 5) Worst part of your week? All the stress eating and binging. QOTW: The Emmys are tonight...do you watch award shows? If so, what is your favorite one to watch? Yes! I try to watch all of them. I am a junkie. The Robin Williams memoriam had me in tears.
