Uterine polyp found- Hysteroscopy and D&C 12/6/13 DX w/complex endometrial hyperplasia
Endometrial Biopsy 3/21/14 - Hyperplasia still present Endometrial Biopsy #2 6/24/14 - All clear!
IUI #1 w/stims and trigger - Started stims 7/7/14 - IUI 7/24/14 = BFP 8/7/14

2) How has your progress been this week? Really good. Quite a bit of exercise. Pretty decent diet.
3) What is your "plan" (diet, workout regime, etc)? Eat a plant-based diet. Some type of exercise every day.
4) Best part of your week? Had a big success in court.
5) Worst part of your week? An elephant may have trampled my skeleton when I was passed out... I don't know what it was, but last week I had about four days of major back and hip pain.
QOTW: The Emmys are tonight...do you watch award shows? If so, what is your favorite one to watch? No, we don't have TV. We have a TV, hooked up to netflix, but we don't have a way to watch live programing.

TTC Since January 2011 - We have bad spermLose an additional 25 lbs and become more fit/toned, but my motivation for the second half is pretty much nil
Overall okay, but yesterday was not the greatest - took the day off from tracking calories and adhering to the diet because we were at Ren Faire and guessing what all was in the food was a lost cause
Track calories, exercise, low sugar/low carb diet.
I got a picture with my favorite jouster at the Faire!
I am really struggling with getting enough protein, especially with trying to lower my dairy intake since dairy does have a fair amount of protein. Blah.

2) How has your progress been this week? Not terrible, not great. Lost 1 lb.
3) What is your "plan" (diet, workout regime, etc)? Track on MFP. Cardio 2 to 3 times a week.
4) Best part of your week? Seeing a loss on the scale.
5) Worst part of your week? Finding out that my DH has to have surgery on his shoulder. Also, that I won't be able to be there because I can't get out of work.
QOTW: The Emmys are tonight...do you watch award shows? If so, what is your favorite one to watch? I don't watch the actual show but I will go on People.com the next day to look at dresses, performances, etc.
