How do you feel? Nervous to go back to work on Friday.
Any Milestones this week? We moved him into his crib this week. He has done really well.
Rants/Thoughts/Baby pics? I feel like a bad mom for being kind of excited to go back to work.

How many weeks: 37 weeks
How are you feeling? Really good. I think the full on nesting has started. Last night we got the crib together, and I did some baby laundry. All I can think about at work is the stuff I need to do when I get home. tonight I want to arrange the furniture in the nursery so I can start decorating and organizing. And I want to finish packing her bag and mine. H is convinced I'm going this week, and I think he wants to screw work over with Labor day coming.

My mom is driving me CRAZY. It's more... her telling me what I need to do than asking. And now she picked out a coming home outfit even though I just got one. We have a crocheted dress a family friend made, but I wanted a cooler option in case it's warm. I just got a little jumper and she got 3 more. I want to stand my ground, but looking at them last night, she did pick a really cute teal lace jumper. AH! I want to be stuborn darn it!

How are you feeling? Fine, I'm starting acupuncture this week for my allergies. They are so bad I'll try just about anything at this point. Not being able to take much is a challenge.
Rants/Thoughts/Bump pics? I can't believe I'm 26 weeks already. I saw yesterday that my counter said 99 days until my due date. I panicked a little.
Here's a what would you do question. MIL told me she got a crib for her house. I asked her about the crib and she told me that it was DH's crib. Also his sister used it and a cousin. The crib has moved houses 4 different times and if it was bought brand new for DH it was made in 1985. I'm sure it's been recalled or deemed unsafe since then. I don't really plan on having Chalupa Batman sleeping over there much, but I know at Christmas I'm going to have to probably lay him down. Am I over reacting not really trusting a crib made in 1985? Should I say something to her about how I'm not comfortable with that crib? He probably won't have a night away from me until he's about 6 months for a friends wedding, but she is going to want to babysit all the time.
I found an article about how to test safety of old cribs. I'm going to send her the article. I think that's a simple solution.

Chart stalks/rants/Thoughts: I spent time with an old friend yesterday whom I haven't seen in 15 years. She told me she and her boyfriend had planned on getting pregnant but didn't expect it to happen in the first month of TTC. That kind of bothered me because I've been waiting for a few months now.
@mana8503 - my mother in law was the same way! She was constantly stating things very matter of factly instead of merely suggestions. I kindly remind her things are done differently then they were 30+ years ago.
@WillyH19 - don't feel bad! As much as I loving every second of being home with T at the end of the day I'm craving adult interaction! I go back in 2 weeks and while I wish I could stay home longer or go part time I'm looking forward to going back a tiny bit.

How old are your LOs (Little Ones)? 6 weeks, 1 day
How do you feel? Good. Little tired but I usually nap during the day when T does -naps always win over cleaning or showering lol. Not sure how I'm going to survive once I go back to work and naps are frowned upon :-)
Any Milestones this week? Getting a lot more direct eye contact which is excellent! We go to ped tomorrow for weight/height check. He's getting so long so I can't wait to see how much he has grown!

Chart stalks/rants/Thoughts: i peed on those things and i swear they didn't work until this morning when i finally saw a second line only bc i kept reading the directions where it said to store them at a certain temp and they've been sitting in my bathroom in the wrong temp this whole time so i thought the box was defective.

How do you feel? good, back to work full time on Monday and its been busy and draining
Any Milestones this week? after i post this i always forget stuff so if i repeat anything sorry: she can get off the couch herself, she is getting her 3rd tooth (one on top), she can say Elmo, she has started feeding herself more and more, little miss independent doesn't want my help=(

How are you feeling? Good. My foot isn't bugging me much anymore, so I'm happy about that! Still need to get moving on setting up the nursery. Hopefully that happens this weekend!
