Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Technology fail.
So I had this awful scratch on my cell phone screen for a while. Like, over a year. There was a screen protector on it and I would always think, 'Huh, I wonder if the scratch would go away if I took this off...' and then I would just never do it. Well, I finally did on Sunday and my screen looked IMMACULATE. I was so happy. I decided to put a new protector on since clearly it worked in the past. I followed all of the instructions, including using the little cloth to wipe away all dust and oil. And...THERE ARE 4 PIECES OF SCHMUTZ TRAPPED UNDER THE PROTECTOR! And one of them is smack-dab in the middle of the screen. It is so annoying!!! I traded one problem for another.
I have one last protector, but I'm scared to take this one off because I'm sure I would just end up in an even worse situation. Would it be completely ridiculous for me to go to the Verizon store and ask someone there to put it on?
