local-ish historical getaway
My grandfather is FINALLY retiring, the day before his 75th birthday. I want to get him either a year pass to somewhere (museum...or something) that he'll like, but I can't think of anywhere.
My other idea is to get them a mini getaway to somewhere. They can't drive for more than 2 or 3 hours, and they like historical stuff. Any ideas?
