AW: Nursery!!! (PIP heavy!)
Everything about getting this nursery done moved way slower than I would have liked, but thankfully, all the essentials are in and ready for this baby girl to take up residence!!
We're only still missing DH's childhood dresser, which we're working on restaining (well, MIL is working on, because she loves a project, but it's proving difficult). I still need to paint the mirror that mounts on the dresser I repurposed as the changing table as well, but that's a lot less vital!
Without further ado...the nursery!!
Panoramic nursery view
View in from the doorway (to the right of the window under the shelf is where the tall dresser will be going)
The changing table
The crib wall
Glider and ottoman
With the book ledges up!

The closet (yeah, we have a TON of blankets!)

Looks great! We have the longer version of the photo/book ledges in our last nursery, and absolutely love them. We actually went and bought more for DS's new room at the new house. The colour it adds to the walls is so fun, and its practical to boot.
Also, love the chevron cover for the change pad. Did you get it on Etsy?

"People talk about escapism as if it's a bad thing... Once you've escaped, once you come back, the world is not the same as when you left it. You come back to it with skills, weapons, knowledge you didn't have before. Then you are better equipped to deal with your current reality."
