As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

E needs to come out because...
1. My boss is freaking the fuck out because I called out yesterday and we're off today. Dude, one day in the very very near future I'll be out for 3 months. Remember me trying to get you to name my back up?! I have 1 back up and he called out too, thus the freak out. I want to not come back and deal with that shit. You made your bed there buddy!
2. I got E's tutu and head band for her newborn pictures! EEk! I need her to come out and play dress up with me!
And because I didn't get to buy her any clothes... She got 4 other headbands. She needed them!

Re: E needs to come out because...
1) I had the same thing happen to me. I had an appt. and they sent me in for an emergency ultrasound and everyone in my office was freaking out. I just looked at them and said you do know at any point i'll be gone for 3 months?!

I think next week is my last week either way. Word is: They had my lead trying to teach the new guy. Bahahaha, lead didn't even know what I do. He was asking the back up they only let me train for a few hours one day. He's like um, I'm the wrong person to ask. I just like being right.

@amccul20 - bear does need a Gf! I can't wait for them to get older and play together.

For once, he came to see how I was doing. Said Thursday made him realize we needed a back up. 8-| I said, well you told me to retrain E. "I did?" Yes... you did. Oh no I need him for XYZ, start training the new guy, from scratch. I wanted to throw my water bottle at him.
