Help! Fiance is a picky eater!
Help me! My soon-to-be husband is a super picky eater. Ive been trying to just cook different meals as much as possible to try and get an idea of what he would eat, but I've had little luck so far. At first I thought I was a bad cook, but I've had many other people try my food and say otherwise. What should I do? Does anyone have menu ideas?

This is another favorite of mine, i would consider it to be more saucy versus plain. Just omit the mushrooms. I have when i don't have any on hand, it make no difference for me.

And I have a shredded chicken tacos recipe for the crockpot. It calls for a can of diced tomatoes but you could leave it out or just double up on the corn or beans.
4 chicken breasts
1 can diced tomatoes
1 can corn
1 can black beans
1 packet taco seasoning.
Mix all ingredients INCLUDING juices in cans into the crockpot. Cook on low 8 hours, shred chicken and mix together. Serve like tacos with the fixings or eat over rice.
Would he eat pulled pork? I have a recipe for that i could pass along if you think he'd like it!!
I have friends who are like that - so complicated! I wish you the best of luck. I have very little advice since my DH and I eat a variety of weird food from all different cultures .... but I'll do my best!
1. Would something like a casserole work? It's saucy, but you can also sneak in some vegetables as well. I was thinking something like chicken pot pie.
2. How about pasta? You could make this pasta sauce and he might never know there are veggies in there (you could also make meatballs to satisfy the carnivore)
3. Pizza? If you make it thin crust and whole wheat (and go easy on the cheese) it can actually be pretty healthy for you.
