How's it going?  Sorry I forgot yesterday.

  • Not bad!  Got 3 workouts in last week and should get another 3 this week.  If you follow me on instagram I posted the HIIT workout I did...it kicked my ass but in a weird way it feels good to be sore.

    I really need to keep up with my workouts, every time I exercise regularly my periods are more normal and not so far apart.  I also cut out carbs after lunch, and I think that's helped too.

    I'm hoping to figure out a way to work out in the afternoons when H is working.

  • Last week stunk...I was injured. I did something to the muscle under my ribs, so I only got in 1 painful workout. I decided to rest and let it heal for the remainder of the week.

    This week, I went back to level 1 of the 30 Day Shred. I had been doing level 2 workouts, but I figured that I needed to ease back into this. My plan was 3 workouts this week on Mon, Wed, and Fri. So far so good : ).
