As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. AW - regarding DH
After 4 months of going to 10 different banks to get approved for a loan to build a photography studio he finally got an email today that said he was approved! He had a meeting with another banker yesterday that has really been working with him and I think that guy will approve him too. DH is SO relieved. It's been a dream of his for a long time. Now he won't have to throw rent away and will actually have something that is "his". It will be really good for our family. He can make more money if he does this. We are going to build a music studio with it so I can still teach lessons there and rent the room out to other music teachers. His 2 current renters have both agreed to move with him when it's open. That will make his mortgage less $$. He will eventually open up the space for small weddings (less than 100 guests). After this is up and running then we will TTC #2 next fall/winter. Yea!

I know this is something you have wanted for a long time it must feel great.
