Dear Community,
Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

iPhone order question (verizon)
I preordered the iPhone 6 this morning, but I haven't received my confirmation. I logged into my account and it's reflecting the change in my plan, but not my phone. I kind of expected this since my 6 isn't activated yet, but I can't seem to find where I can check my orders. I know they are probably really backed up today, but it took me so long to get through buying it. And the chat systems isn't working properly. I waited 20 minutes for someone to chat with and then they could type, but it told me I wasn't part of the chat program and wouldn't let me enter anything.
Any ideas?
