WIJFR The Beautiful Ashes by Jeaniene Frost NS
Ugh, what a big fat disappointment. I wasn't expecting Cat and Bones, but I was definitely expecting more than what I got. It was full of instalove, obnoxious characters, and a story-line that had potential, but just didn't go anywhere. There was a lot of aggression and forbidden love angst that really never amounted to anything. The female main character was so annoying and her love interest was abusive and I don't get their connection/attraction. Nothing worked in this book, at least not for me.
Needless to say, I won't be continuing with this series.
