As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

  • I apparently walked 3 miles yesterday.  I have a pedometer app on my phone. I also added extra fitness apps, so maybe I'll do other stuff, too.  It wants me to do other non-walking exercises 3 times a week.  I think I can handle that. 
  • I'm going to go to zumba on Saturday, but Ben's working so the kid is coming with me. that means i'll be there to see everyone, but not workout. thats okay. one step closer!

    everyone let me live in this dream world where I worked out basically until I gave birth and thought I was just going to hop back into working out at 6 weeks pp....nevermind that I'd have to find someone to watch my child and even if I did that I probably wouldn't want to leave him on one of the two days of the week I get to spend any time with him:/

  • @amccul20   Yeah...I tried to gently mention that to you, but decided to let you keep on in your dream world  ;)

    I'm just now really starting to go to the gym again...and Lil is almost 3 1/2. 

    But I went to the gym this morning :)
  • We started doing family walks after dinner. I can only go around the block, with my girdle on (learned the hard way the first night). Hope to do it longer or more often until I'm cleared.

  • We walked SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO much during our trip!  Ladies, seriously, I probably ate at least 3 times more food a day than I usually do (and not healthy stuff) and I only ended up gaining 2 pounds.  I was very excited.

    This stupid cold is keeping me from getting back into my routine, though.  Sigh.
