SuBC Matchbook Girls Novels "A Little Princess"
I chose this book for the SuBC category because I had seen the movie but could not remember reading the story. As I read, I immediately fell in love with the writing and the main character Sara, especially her love for books and storytelling. While I continued to move through the story, it began to feel more familiar but I could not tell if it was due to the movie or if I had in fact read the story be. After reading this story, I want to go read "The Secret Garden" and see if that one I remember as much too, sticking it in my pile of books to read soon
