  WTF jobs that I've interviewed for...

  
  

  It's been over a month since my interview with job #1... they told me at the interview that they'd made a decision within 2 weeks. I emailed last week to follow up, and they said they'd make a decision "very soon". Now it's been a month and still no decision.

  
  

  It's been 2 weeks since the interview for job #2. I know that I was 1 of 3 interviewed, that the last interview was right after mine, and that they wanted to hire someone ASAP. Yesterday, I emailed to follow up and I got a response this morning. They have not made a decision and they probably won't for another week or so. What happened to wanting someone ASAP??? They've interviewed all the candidates, so how long could it take to make a decision?!

  
  

  I hate playing this waiting game. I'm still applying for other things, but I'm frustrated by how drawn out these hiring processes are.

  WTF cw, stop bringing in food to share at work.  Normally this wouldn't bother me, but she continually tells me it's from the food shelf.  It's fine to use that resource if you need it, but not to take more than you need just to share with people.  Also, it's really annoying that you told me your handicapped parking pass is your mother's and you just use it. Seriously, you take the stairs everyday, stop using a pass you don't need!  I can't stand people like that!  Stop abusing the system!

  WTF Drafting Designer!  We started the process of reworking an existing floor plan in mid July and we still don't have our floor plan from you.  You said it would be around 10-15 hours worth of work.  Really didn't expect it to take 2.5 months!  Get yo' shit together man!

  WTF H - your mom and step dad are coming tomorrow until Monday. Now you tell me you're off tonight and going to VA Thursday night. So you might not be home until Saturday. Seriously?! You're leaving me alone with them?! I might be happy to go in the nursery to feed baby.

  WTF foliage?  I chose 10/13 to get married because I thought everything would be colorful and beautiful.  There was like 1 tree that changed .  Last year and this year everything is changed and the 13th would be peak.  Why couldn't it happen for my wedding?
  
  H laughs every year when I complain about this and asks when I will be over it.  I told him never.

  @brainybrunette:  I hope you hear from them all soon!   Is it possible the postings were "ghost postings"? Meaning the job doesn't actually exist but the company just wants collect resumes for future openings?  It sucks but I ask because I've applied o several jobs like that without being tld upfront that they were ghost.

  
  

  @sjs1013: same boat!  I expected the leaves to still be on the trees for my 10/28 wedding but most of them had fallen.  

  
  

  WTF customer at work who COUGHS ON MY FACE?!?!!?  Were you not taught as a child to cover your mouth when you cough, especially if you are sick?

  @catwine No, I know that they are actually hiring someone for both postings. The first job I interviewed for depends on outside funding sources, but I know that position got funded. I'm not a patient person, so the wait is killing me!
