Has anyone done acu before transfer
We have our transfer scheduled for Monday at 1! I decided to do acupuncture which is both before the transfer and after. I have never done acupuncture before, but RE recommends it and I figured it couldn't hurt. What should I expect? Any things I need to know about acupuncture in general? I'm starting to get really anxious about all of this!

Re: Has anyone done acu before transfer
I got needles mainly in my lower legs and belly, some spots you won't even feel, others you might feel a little but just tell the acupuncturist and she/he will adjust them to your comfort level.
The needles go in fast and they you lay and relax to music.
You can also mention if you are feeling stressed or worried etc and they can do spots for that as well which helps tremendously.
GOOD LUCK!!!!!
