TTC Since January 2011 - We have bad spermMaking shredded chicken in the slow cooker today, with some black beans, salsa and a bit of hot sauce. We'll have that over rice.
Tomorrow I think we'll make pizza. Its quick and easy.
Not sure about the rest of the week yet. As far as Fall focused meals, I will be making some soups soon.

Black bean burgers with summer veggie salad, purple hull peas and cornbread, veggie smorgasbord (basically just a bunch of sautéed and roasted veggies), maybe some potato and kale enchiladas. That's as far as I've gotten.
In Christ alone my hope is found. He is my LIGHT, my STRENGTH, and my SONG!
T-TTC since Dec 2008. PCOS/nonexistant cycles(anovulation) and endo. HSG in '10 revealed both tubes blocked. Lap surgery in Dec '10 to correct. Failed Clomid/IUI and injectable(Bravelle)/IUI cycles so far.
Tonight will end up being chicken cutlets and tomorrow AM I will make sure that beef stew is slow cooking alllllll day.

DH was not ready for IUI so we waited

Friday-I'm on my own again Bc DH is going to a concert with a friend.

dx with anovulatory PCOS 2005
off bcp 11/11
a few rounds of clomid and femara... no response.
injectables/IUI 12/12... BFN
Feb 13 IVF cycle converted down to IUI due to low follicle response... BFFN
one last IVF attempt April/May 2013: 19 retrieved. 10 fertilized. 2 transferred in a 3dt. 4 frosties... BFP!!
EDD: 1/21/14... Induced early at 36+6. Our LO was born 12/30/13
Tomorrow is our 10 year dating-aversary. We are going to the dine in movie theater and seeing Gone Girl. So, we'll eat and drink there.
Thursday will probably be roasted butternut squash and other assorted things.
I don't know about the weekend because our wedding anniversary is Sunday and we're still figuring out what we're doing/can afford to do.

Monday, we had roasted chicken with potatoes and carrots. Tonight, we had brocolli cheddar soup. Wednesday, were going to have penne wth goat cheese and butternut squash, Thursday, were having apples and pork chops. Friday, I'm not cooking, so whatever H wants.
