Come on! I lost freaking 80 pounds!! Why do I seem determined to gain it all back??
So I'm overhauling food again and trying to add more exercise in addition to the bike riding. Unfortunately the bike riding has been random thanks to weather. I feel like a blob. Also, I have an appointment at a fertility clinic next week. I'm scared.
