We have NO debt. We have done all of this right and still I get a phone call every other day from a debt collector. One for FIL. I am pissed. It has been two weeks. Every time I do manage to answer the phone I say I don't know anybody by that name and to please leave me alone. Not working. I am afraid to fly off the handle and be mean to someone undeserving.
H wont talk to his father about it and I am not getting myself involved. While I am concerned about whatever is going on in FIL's life there is no communication so I know there is no chance in us helping to solve the issue.
Any other ideas on how to get the calls to stop?

I got a little nasty and threatening and the man claimed he didn't realize how often they had been calling me. I am hoping this stops the calls.
