Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Making some progress :)
We are finally making a little progress with the land/house situation! Yesterday, we went up to the city and signed the final version of our new plat and they told us we can move forward with starting the building process. Tomorrow, we are meeting with our builder to determine the build site. I think we're also going to mark the trees we need removed with spray paint and maybe contact a few more lot clearing people for quotes.
And what I'm most excited about - we should have our floor plan and site plan complete by early next week! Then we just need to work on the build packet with our builder and work on getting everything together to submit it to the bank. We're hoping to apply by the 1st.
