GTKY: H and I

I'm Lyndsay (32) and my DH is Will (29). We met through match.com in June 2012. Before we started "chatting" through match, I had actually put him into the too young pile, but he kept popping up on my feed because he had "liked" me. I finally said that I had nothing to lose and emailed him. We were together for about 3 months when we started talking about getting engaged. We decided that we'd wait a year to get engaged...but that didn't happen.  About a month later, we were on his couch and he said that he could himself marrying me. I reciprocated the sentiment, then he asked if that just happened and if we were engaged. I said that I thought so. He seemed upset when he said that wasn't the way he wanted to ask me. He was quiet for a (very long) minute and then asked me again. Of course, I said yes. :)

We both knew we wanted a fall wedding, so we started planning our wedding for October 13, 2013. Our ceremony was officiated by my grandfather (an ordained pastor, who also officiated my parents' wedding) at an old manor house/golf club in Virginia. It was rainy, so we didn't get any nice outside pictures, but it was still amazing. Pictures below (sorry they're so big). :)

Yeah, I feel so blessed that he is still around and able to travel. He actually changed a few parts in the ceremony (we did traditional vows) because he knows me and what I don't agree with.

He took out any mention of "obey" and he changed the giving away part to something like she gives herself with her mother and I's blessing.
